Q: How long do orders take to ship?
A: Production time varies based on the type of item. We ship most items from our studio within 2 to 5 business days. Custom framing projects, acrylics, and canvases require some additional time, approximately 5 to 10 business days. After production is completed, transit time will vary based on the type of shipping method chosen. You will receive a shipping notification email letting you know your order is on the way, and you can check the status from tracking number.

Q: How are the prints packaged?
A: Prints up to 12 x 18 inches are packed flat. They are wrapped in a protective sleeve, secured between flat cardboard, and sealed inside a sturdy cardboard mailer. Prints 7 x 24 inches and up are packed in tubes. They are carefully rolled up with a protective sheet to prevent any damage to the printed area. The ends are cushioned with soft tissue paper. Finally, we provide specific handling instructions to ensure that your order is handled carefully in transit.

- 2-7 bus. days for apparel products (t-shirts, leggings, dresses, etc.)
- 2-5 bus. days for non-apparel products (posters, mugs, phone cases, etc.)
**Please note:
- Fulfillment time doesn't include shipping. To get an idea of how long an order will take to reach its destination, combine the estimated fulfillment time with the estimated shipping time.
- Fulfillment for large orders may take longer than the 3-5 day average, but will still be fulfilled within 7 days.
